1. Information We Collect
Old Hat (operating as Old Hat Tales, based in Kerala, India) collects minimal personal information strictly necessary to communicate with prospective clients, collaborators, and artists. When you reach out via email (theoldhattales@gmail.com) or phone (+91 9400 622 307), we retain your contact details solely to discuss creative commissions and production inquiries.
2. Technical & Performance Data
We do not track visitors across third-party websites or deploy aggressive commercial tracking pixels. Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) processes standard HTTP server request logs (IP address, user-agent, referral headers) strictly for operational security, CDN edge routing, and technical uptime monitoring.
3. Production Assets & Intellectual Property
All video treatments, scripts, storyboards, and client correspondence shared with Old Hat remain confidential and protected under mutual commercial trust. Client project data is never sold or repurposed without prior written agreement.
